Overview

Every Tru Heirs piece is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or misprinted.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Preference after delivery

Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your item at no cost if it arrives:

  • Misprinted (design or placement issue)
  • Damaged (defect or shipping damage)

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, email hello@truheirs.com within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. A clear photo of the issue

3. A brief description

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
