Every Tru Heirs piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, we begin production just for you.

Production: 2–3 business days

Shipping: 3–4 business days

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days total

You’ll receive an update once your order enters production.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

However, we will replace your item at no cost if it arrives:

Misprinted (design or placement error)

Damaged (defect or shipping damage)

Email hello@truheirs.com within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number

2. A photo of the issue

3. A brief description

Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
